Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the general policies that apply when dental and orthodontic practices use Align Innovations Orthodontic Lab for laboratory fabrication services.

Laboratory Services

Align Innovations Orthodontic Lab provides orthodontic laboratory fabrication services for licensed dentists and orthodontists. Services are performed according to the case information, specifications, records, and instructions submitted by the dental practice.

Case Submissions

Submitting practices are responsible for providing complete and accurate case information and materials. Align Innovations may contact the practice when clarification is needed before fabrication can proceed.

Turnaround and Rush Cases

Standard turnaround is generally up to two weeks unless otherwise communicated. Rush service may be available for qualifying cases for an additional fee and should be confirmed before submission.

Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is provided directly to dental and orthodontic practices. Payment terms may be communicated at account setup or on invoices.

Remakes and Warranties

Remake or warranty requests are reviewed case by case. Eligibility may depend on the reason for the remake, the condition of submitted records or materials, and whether the requested appliance differs from the original case instructions.

Shipping and Delivery

Completed appliances are shipped or returned to the submitting dental or orthodontic practice. Shipping timing can vary by carrier and destination.

Responsibilities

Align Innovations Orthodontic Lab is responsible for laboratory fabrication according to the submitted case specifications. The dental or orthodontic practice remains responsible for all clinical care, treatment decisions, patient evaluation, fitting, delivery, and follow-up.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as laboratory policies or services change.
